If you receive a product that is not as per the specifications ordered by you?
Kindly note that since all our products at THE SAPPHIRES are handcrafted and carved, there may always be slight variations in size, shape, color, and appearance compared to the images shown. However, the quality and intended properties of the product remain excellent. In case of any major issue, please do not worry – you are completely protected. We offer a 14-day return guarantee for all such items.
Returns:
We take utmost care to ensure that products are properly packed and sealed in eco-friendly conditions. However, if a customer receives a damaged product, THE SAPPHIRES holds responsibility to cover the total purchase price agreed upon at the time of purchase, including shipping charges.
We also offer a 14-day return policy. If a customer returns the unopened product within the specified time frame, we will refund the full purchase amount excluding shipping charges. Please note that no refund or exchange will be applicable for products that are damaged or mishandled by the customer.
Replacement / Exchange:
In case of replacement or exchange, we provide a 14-day exchange policy. You can return the unopened product, and the purchase price (excluding shipping charges) will be credited. Kindly email us the details in advance before dispatching the product, mentioning the item you wish to exchange and the new product you want. The price difference, if any, will be adjusted accordingly.
Please note that additional shipping charges will apply for sending the exchanged product.
Damage / Loss:
In case of damage or loss, please contact us immediately through the provided contact number or email. We will try to resolve damage claims within 3–4 working days and lost package claims within 8–10 days. The resolution may be in the form of a replacement or refund, based on mutual agreement.
Do I need to pay the courier company to send my product back?
If we arrange the pickup, you do not need to pay anything. However, if you choose to send the product via a courier service, you will need to bear the cost initially. The actual courier charges will be reimbursed upon receipt.
